A Curtain Switcheroo

I came to the realization that the curtain in my guest bedroom was getting pretty faded. That meant it was time for an upgrade! I was also ready for something a little different in the master bedroom. So the curtain from the master got moved to the guest bedroom. It fits there perfectly with the yellow art above the bed. 

I was looking for something with some darker blue in it for the master, and I came upon this in the clearance bin at JoAnn. SOLD! I busted out the sewing machine and whipped these bad boys up. The flowers may be a little girly for John, but the other curtain was pretty feminine too, so I think he will be ok. 

Since I still had some fabric when I was done with the curtains, I recovered these pillows on the couch. The first time I made them, I did a pretty botched job. These are much more fun than they grey they were. It's good to have a more blue on blue look. The pattern was much needed as well.
