I have been a sucker for TJ Maxx lately. I went there after work on Friday to find some blackout curtains. I just made new curtains for our master bedroom, but now I found out I'm going to 3rd shift. I definitely need curtains that block out any glimpse of light. I thought about sewing black out material to the ones I had already made, but the blackout fabric was pretty expensive. I found these at TJ Maxx for $20. When they are closed my room is like a cave. If only they made something like this for skylights. Then I wouldn't have to lay clothes in front of the crack at the bottom of the bathroom floor!
While I was there I perused the accessories. I found this little white apple and some fake books that you can put small items into. They won't all go together like you see below, but will find homes around the house. Right now the books are on the shelving by the TV and the apple is on my dresser. Cuteness!
